MATCH MADE
continuing on from the series Wie Wat Bewaart, I started to concentrate on matchboxes. A simple subject that a lot of people take for granted. Giving its small size, its something easily forgotten in a drawer but can carry a memory of a place, time and a sense of nostalgia. Taking these matchboxes in to the studio and lighting them to showing its age and giving its deserved worthiness.
